Heather Mills has been dropped from the cast of the upcomng second season of Donald Trump’s Celebrity Apprentice after show producers refused to give into her “ludicrous” contract demands.
“The network were originally very keen on getting her involved. They thought it would be a clever move, attracting lots of publicity for the show. But her demands were ludicrous and it soon became clear that getting her involved would be a headache,” a source for the British Sun says.
NBC pulled plans to feature Paul McCartney’s former wife on the reality series after she insisted on a contractual clause guaranteeing her a place in the finals.
“It was the final straw when she said she wouldn’t take part unless she was a dead cert for the final - even after it was explained that wasn’t how the show worked. She was politely informed that NBC wouldn’t be following up their interest in her appearing.”
