That’s the question we asked on the show this morning. I say yes. Baltazar says no.  Those that called in to answer sided with each of us for a myriad of different reasons based on personal experience.

Here’s my take: Men and women can be platonic friends for life as long as they are not sexually attracted to one another. I have literally tons of guy friends that I have not dated and have no plans to date and I am sure they would say the same about me. We’re all great people with something special to offer in a relationship, just not to one another.  There may be  times in the relationship that when things are going south in your romantic life that you may look at the other person and wonder but as long as you respect the friendship and don’t act on impulse things will be fine. Hey, that’s my take anyway. I will agree there is no always right or always wrong answer for this one, just live and learn. Peace.
