Tequila Therapy
I am so ready for the weekend! It was just yesterday that I was complaining about being challenged when it comes to keeping my “health kick ” New Year’s Resolution. Today I’m planning on hitting the streets to celebrate Cinco De Mayo. If my liver holds up, I’ll be out all weekend and I plan to attend J-Love’s broadcast on Monday. Hope to see you out and about, maybe we can throw one back together.
It was a laugh riot in the studio today between Greg Proops and Darren Carter (”The Party Stater”). Both are doing shows in the Bay Area this weekend. Greg is at the Punchline in San Francisco and Darren will be at Rooster T. Feathers in Sunnyvale. Don’t forget my man Mark Curry at the San Jose Improv. Wherever you live in the Bay Area there’s a laugh close by!
Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon’s surprise wedding is still a surprise to me. Surprise weddings are my favorite type of gossip but I don’t know, something is fishy about this. I think we’ve been punked.
I hope I can work my curse again for the San Jose Sharks. To that end I’m gonna go to a nearby watering hole and have an adult beverage and root for the Dallas Stars. You know me “sports jinx extrordinaire”, all I have to do is root for a team and they’re sandbagged. Go Stars!
Well that’s it show fans, hope you’re enjoying life as much as I am. Again thanks to everyone for the prayers and positive thoughts for my family during my Dad’s health crisis. We still have some hurdles to jump but I believe prayer and a positive mental attitude will get us over them. My Dad’s health scare has given me a new lease on life. I know there is alot of suffering out in the world and here across the U-S. Gas prices are skyrocketing and food prices are right behind them. People are being pushed to the edge and beyond. To that end I say let’s all try and be nicer to each other, a positive attitude is something we have to give that’s free and can be appreciated by everyone. Some days your smile may be the only bright spot in someone’s day. Live to Love and Love to Live that’s what I say. Have a great weekend!
